How to take care of the fabric?

Waxed canvas is a very durable fabric that will last a lifetime. It’s waterproof, tear proof and ready to withstand some heavy usage. 

You can:

  • Lightly scrub away the dirt with a bristled brush.
  • Begin by only using cold water
  • Add a small amount of mild soap
  • Rinse away the soap
  • Leave the item in open air until it’s completely dry. Do not store our products when they’re still damp, or in a humid environment.

Avoid:

  • Hot water
  • Machine washing
  • Using detergents
  • Washing very frequently
  • Storing under direct sunlight
How to store my gear?

We highly recommend storing your canvas and leather goods away from direct sunlight and humidity.

How can I repair my bag?

Please contact us describing the problem, along with some pictures. You can then send it to us for a repair, and you will only be responsible for the shipping fees in most cases.

When will I get my order? (Lebanon)

If the item is available in-store, we’ll need 1 business day to prepare it. Shipping within Lebanon usually takes 1 to 4 business days.

If the item is not available in-store, we’ll need to produce it first, which takes about 3 to 7 business days, depending on the item. Once it’s ready, it will ship out within 1 to 4 business days.

When will I get my order? (International)

If the item is available in-store, we’ll need up to 2 business days to prepare it for shipping. Delivery then takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on whether you choose express or regular shipping.

If the item is not available in-store, we’ll first need to produce it; this takes about 3 to 7 business days, depending on the item; before preparing and shipping it.

If you’re unsure or on a tight schedule, feel free to contact us about specific shipping or production times.

What is the return policy?

Exchanges must be in new and unused condition. Exchanges must be received at our shop within 30 days from purchase date for a refund. Products personalized by initials cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days. Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping is nonrefundable.

Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are proudly handmade in Lebanon, using durable materials and thoughtful craftsmanship. We produce everything locally in our workshop to ensure quality, support local artisans, and stay true to our roots.
